Hypertrophic Osteodystrophy ( a bone disease in growing dogs)

My vet has diagnosed my 4month old walker female with this....

My pup cant walk or stand.

Has anyone seen this before and if so, will it go away?

suspected causes are reaction to vaccination.Also growing pups too fast(excessive protien)
no known cure most are put down
