Put my 3 yr old male.dog muddy river ryder in his 3rd htx hunt and gotten a 3rd pass on him last night...it was a tough night the coons wasnt moving much and sure was staying in dens...first drop ol ryder worked a cold track 500 yrds got treed on a big den... cut loose he struck an ol bad cold track and the 8 minute rule got him and had 1 fault.. .called time out moved to a diff spot. Ryder had 25 minutes left in the 1 hour hunt to show the judge a coon..i really had my doubts he struck another bad track but got treed and had the coon up a big oak...so he passed..not bad he passed 3 hunt tests in a row....I have a jet x rocket female i been putting in the htx hunts she got her 2nd pass the same.night with 2 dens and coon in.40 minutes...i really enjoy the htx hunts...
