IS ANYBODY ON HERE HUNTING ANY NIGHTRIDER HOUNDS FROM ALLEN WHITES NIGHTHAWK KENNELS??? IF SO, HOW DO THEY HUNT AS FAR AS TRAINING THEM, MOUTHS, TREEING, TRACKING, INTELLIGENCE AND ALL THAT STUFF!!! THANK'S FOR ANY INPUT GUY'S!!!

Just got a pup from him. He acts good so far. Tough, bawl mouth balanced acting pup. I have high hopes for him! The general opinion on this board is negative towards these dogs and Alan. So if you're thinking of getting one, don't let these boys sway you. Try one out and see for yourself. That's what I intend to do. Mine is a hound dog for sure but time will tell on his ability.

I spent many hours and miles trying to track down good dogs outta this stock. It is my understanding that they do exist. I tried 2 different ones and neither of them made it. I have heard good of the one buck has and I wasn't able to make it on a hunt with him yet tho.

I had a pup out of that stock. He had a huge mouth and was as houndy as any dog iv ever seen. He was coming on strong but he broke out of his kennel and got hit by a car. The accident messed up his hip but he lived. He wasn't able to run after that so I couldn't hunt him anymore. But I wouldn't hesitate to try one again.
