Saw a picture of a BEAUTIFUL female Bluetick that was found as a stray in Southern NC. She has been taken to a high kill shelter. If anyone has lost a dog or had one stolen in NC please PM me with a Description and I will Help you. She looks well cared for and has a collar on.
