Looking for spring & the sooner the better. Been quite a week-
Sunday- ice
Monday/Tuesday- warm with thunder storms
Wed.- blizzard
Thursday to Sunday- freezin' my "tail" off
10 dogs tried their luck in Anamosa last night, but nobody did any good.

Jerry- that sounds good, but don't think I could stand your summer heat. We're not gonna see 30 till maybe the end of the week. Take care, Ron.

I was planning on making it over that way to roll the dice, but weekend plans got changed around with my daughter's visitation. A minor disappointment for getting to spend time with her.

Our weather a couple hours NW of you hasn't been that much different. I went for a drop Wednesday night after getting a few inches of snow, and blizzard visibility most of the day. I get a retarded itch to go in miserable weather about once a winter, and that was the night. Got one treed in about 20 minutes, and I ran with my good luck of driving the first 500+ yards, and only walking 200.

After this last summer, I'm not too sure the heat could have been that much worse!

Went hunting last night with Colton and BJ. We made a couple dens then I went home. He hunted a few spots with BJ alone on his way home and treed a couple. I just got back in from 2 drops tonight. The wind was a little fierce in spots. Put one in an old camper at a deer camp and the last one had to of been huffin and puffin pretty hard in his den.

Nice part about this time of year is it makes for some awesome pictures.
