We have a weinie dog that was diagnosed with an ulcer. Tonight he has been sick and just recently passed bright red blood. Very lethargic acting. Any ideas?? Guess its off to the vet! But would like an idea of what it could be.....

Well no vet trip. Died 20 min after he started passin blood.
