Quick Track QTR 10

worked fine collared up last night and it will not track unit is less than 1 yr old luckily i run garmin collars also except on one dog does any one have an idea of what is wrong

yea both collars and one is brand new other used since system was new

I had the same problem and sent it to Quick Track for repair. About a week later they call and said there was nothing they could do to fix it.

if you pulled the magnet (hey believe it or not you would be supprised at how many times ive seen even "pro's" for get lol)

maybe the antena came loose inside.......or the battery is dead....(i got to where i realy liked the ones you could change the batterys in so i could just leave them on 24/7 in case one got out of the kennel or something....and changed the battery once a month)

Ive never had a problem with either my quicktrack600 reciever or any collar i used with it.......johnson, quicktrack,ect ect, didnt matter other than range..some having more than others....
