deer meat

enyone on here feed deer meat to their dogs? i have some old deer meat from last year that i was gonna cook up and feed to my female but im skeptical you could say about her getting the taste of deer in her mouth! hahaha i know it sounds weird i dont mind them running junk when young but even when they are young i will not skin a deer enywhere close to them or go to feed in the same clothes as i skinned a deer in so im straddlen the fence should i or should i not even though it would be better then just dog food on her and the pups she is carryen.

try cooking it first. If you take the wild deer flavor out there ought to be nothing wrong with feeding it to your dogs.

Feed them it won't hurt ... you can't make a dog run deer by feeding deer meat or else everyone would feed dogs COON to make a coondog ..............lol

I pick up every fresh roadkill deer I see and feed my dogs, and I dont ever have a deer race.
