I reckon I will keep my hunting guns until the day I die. But, I don't need The National Rifle Association to speak for me. They really suck. They talk about putting armed police in every school but say nothing about who is going to pay for these officers. The same guys that came up with this plan are the same "tea party" guys that want to crash the government because they don't want to pay their fair share of taxes.

They can't have it both ways, armed officers in schools and pay no taxes to pay for it.

The NRA sucks.

Yea, they've never done anything good for gun owners. Ever.

PETA and HSUS don't pay their "fair share" either. Maybe you're money would be better off going to them, after your rights to buy and own a gun are "restricted"

i am a life member of the NRA, and i appriciate all the efforts they do to help hunters and gun owners, my only beef is everytime i turn around they want more money from me, i have always wondered what they pay out to people working for our rights, what is the payroll for the NRA? it surely is not all donated time. just wondering where all the money goes is all?

I am not against folks owning guns for good reasons. Having an assault weapon designed only to kill people is not a good reason. I am against the NRA because they support polititions who support the corporate rip offs. You can't support 1 with out supporting the other.

The guy wanting to put the blue collar inmates to work, they are the only ones in prison, the white collar guys can get away with anything. It has always been possible to steal more with a brief case than a gun. The poor boys use guns.

I was just thinking about spending some money at Bass Pro, fishin' season will be here before you know it. Maybe not now.

I am gonna throw in on this just few things that go thru my thick skull on this deal 1) I am so sad to say that I do believe our schools need an armed guard the only thing protecting them kids from a gun is a gun!

2) I am not against semi auto weapons and I guess your freedom is your freedom but that being said how many of you feel free!? If ya don't pay everything on time somebody will take it, If ya don't go to work your fired, if ya drive too fast ya get a ticket, blah blah blah so what I am sayin why would you need a gun with more then five shots? With some exceptions! Like pistols and I guess a 22 but these AR's are pretty nuts

My AR is used every weekend this time of year coyote huntin. I have other rifles but i prefer the AR. Its accurate light weight and the 223 cartridge is effective without destroying the hides.
