5 Generation All-Grand GRNTCH GRCH Ford's High Style HTX
Stud Fee is Private Treaty. It won't be much.No more than $150. I don't set fee until after we've talked. It'll depend on the circumstances and the female and the economy and uther things. Not trying to make money, I've just got an old coondog that you might want some pups out of.
Style is the best dog I've ever owned or hunted with.Tailgate to tree. 7 nights a week. Not a Super flashy,feeder bucket, one-bark tree dog. He locates 2 or 3 times, checks to make sure he's got him,then a coarser locate and rolls into a hard,loud steady chop. Super accurate, independant, will not pull pressure tree dog. Hunts hard, but don't run past coons. Cold nose, will drift a track and will have the coon. Takes tracks as they come and sometimes get on an old bad track that I wish he'd quit, but he will keep working and get him treed. Often he will strike, work and get treed without any other dogs ever opening. He really excels in the National Forest and Managament Area where coons are scarce and hard to tree.
His oldest pups are around 18 months old and all I've kept up with are making really nice dogs.
Style is 6 years old, he's not retired. I hunt him 2-3 nights a week, anyone is welcome to come and hunt with him.
Style has one of the best pedigrees you'll ever see. It's true that papers don't tree coons, but Style does and it sure is nice to have a set like his.
