PM Help

ive deleted all but 2 of my messages in my PM box and when people message it still says full.any help would be appreciated.

Check the " in box", "messages sent" and "message tracking". May have to delete some from all 3 places. If that dosent work first, there is one other option I know of that may fix it.

OK, TRY THIS. CLICK ON "USER CP" THEN CLICK ON VIEW ALL PRIVATE MESSAGES. WHEN YOU GET TO THIS PAGE, LOOK ON THE LEFT HAND SIDE ALMOST AT THE TOP OF PAGE. THERE WILL BE A BOX THERE THAT SAYS "SHOW MESSAGES FROM" MAKE SURE YOU SEE IN THAT BOX "FROM THE BEGINING" IF YOU DON'T , THEN CHANGE IT SO IT SHOWS "FROM THE BEGINING" ONCE YOU HAVE DONE THAT YOU WILL SEE A LOT MORE MESSAGES IN YOUR 3 DIFFERNT BOXES THAT YOU CAN DELETE, SO YOU CAN HAVE THE ROOM TO RECEIVE NEW PM MESSAGES. HOPE THIS HELPS. LET ME KNOW IF IT WORKS.

I had a similar problem.What happened was there were messages that I saved and they had disappeared because of the time they were in my inbox but, they were still being counted.
I had to contact the web master and he brought them out of their hiding place .Where ever they were.
