TT-10 collar update
For those of you that have been like me and updated your tt-10 collar then go back and check for another update to notice that it says you need the same update that you just did, this is for you:
WebUpdater and myDashboard read a certain location in the memory of the TT 10 to determine if a software update is available. This location is currently showing a previous software version. Although the computer may show an update is available, if the update process has been completed before the TT 10 is likely up-to-date.
To confirm the collar is up-to-date:
Ensure TT 10 is powered off
Plug the TT 10 into the computer
Press and hold Power
Wait for LED to flash green then red (approximately 5 seconds)
Release Power
Run WebUpdater or myDashboard
If running WebUpdater
Find Device
Press Next
Confirm device is up-to-date
If device is up-to-date, press cancel and disconnect device
If device is not up-to-date, continue to update your device
If utilizing myDashboard
Launch myDashboard
Wait for device to be detected
Confirm device is up-to-date
If device is up-to-date, close browser and disconnect device
If device is not up-to-date, continue to update your device
Utilizing the above process to bypass the memory region, will allow confirmation that the software in the TT 10 is up-to-date.
