In my part of the country when a dog trees in a hole 9 out of 10 times it's a opossum ! I know the coons have not been moving here at all! Of course it might be the dog power !lol good luck but if they were mine I would be trying to break them from treeing in holes anyway! And next time you see an opossum cross the road just get the dog out of the truck and see if he or she is interested or hopefully not!

Hole break take you some ammonia hold the dog back but don't let him see you throw some ammonia in there let him go backinto the hole after you go assoon as he sticks his head in there you get behind him and keep him from being able to get his head out of that hole give it about a menute let it burn nice an good this way even though ol coon might be in there I've seen more coons hit a hole and come out another one close by take two.steps be up and up a tree it ain't funny but the dog will always hit that first hole because its holding the strongest sent shine them trees next time he trees in a hole couple trees over or obove you might be a coon.

Coons are rutting. Holes are like super highways during the rut! Why ya'll breaking your dogs from this now? That work should've been done over the summer months when it is truly 90% grinner during that time of year!

I don't want mine in any kind of hole period. Rutting Coon or dillar or possum. Only leads to trouble in the long run. I'll whip ones tail all yr for being in one.
