5:00 pm Entries Close for Bench Show (will re-open at 8:00 am on Friday)


Friday, January 25


8:00 am Bench Show Entries Open (for all categories)

9:00 am Entries Close for Bench Show (Dual Champion Class will start immediately after 9:00 am; Top ten, Registered and pairs will follow)

11:00 am Confirm Advanced & Wait-Listed Entries for Friday Nite Hunt

1:00 pm Deadline to Confirm All Entries for Friday Nite Hunt at UKC Headquarters

3:00 pm All Friday Confirmed Wait-listed Entrants Return to Headquarters to Receive Cast Number

3:30 pm All Friday Confirmed Entrants Return to Headquarters for Calling of Casts

4:00 pm Bench Show Entries Take (for Champions and Grand Champions)

5:00 pm Entries Close for Bench Show (will re-open Saturday Morning)

8:00 pm Deadline to Report to Satellite Club


Saturday, January 26


5:00 am Deadline for Friday Night Scorecards to be Returned to Master of Hounds (at club you were assigned to)

8:00 am Bench Show Entries Open (for Champions and Grand Champions)

9:00 am Entries Close for Bench Show (show will start immediately after 9:00 am; CHILDREN’S BENCH SHOW follows Champions, Grand Champions will follow Children’s Bench Show)

11:00 am Confirm Advanced & Wait-listed Entries for Saturday Nite Hunt

1:00 pm Deadline to Confirm All Entries for Saturday Nite Hunt at UKC Headquarters

3:00 pm All Saturday Confirmed Wait-Listed Entrants Return to Headquarters to Receive Cast Number

They will be allowed to start selling on Thursday. It all depends on how much time it takes them to get set up and ready!
