if you have problems with your led head they wont stand behind it i know a guy hes head went bad and they wont do any thing about it what happened to the gurantee they post but wont stand behind it i will never buy another blazer

Bought mine a little over a year ago it had a loose wire in the head over nighted it to them they fixed it and overnighted it back to me the next day., end of problem. they had my warranty card on file, if you did not send yours in that would explain a lot. Just my experience.

they have ever thing on file they said when it was bought it was differnt owners or some thing like that so they will not warranty it thats what they told my friend so i know i was thinking of buying a new light but it wont be a BLAZER THATS FOR SURE WHAT HAPPENED TO LIFE TIME WARRANTY ON THE LED HEAD

Little dog I dont know who you talked to but we stand behind every head battery etc.that is built by us. If it is under the 3 year warranty it will not cost a dime to be fixed no matter who the other of the company was or the owner of the light. I have worked for blazer for nearly 10 years with the groves family and now with the new owner and I have never once told someone I would not fix their light. Maybe you talked to the owner and he might have miss understood you or something but I guarantee if you want the best service call and talk to me. My name is Corey. Well I'll have side with lildog on this 1! Their led headlamps are a piece of $hit! First off I bought my light at SETWD in 2011, got home and went hunting the following nite. Well the walking lite blew a bulb and the headlight just quit working. Keep in mind this lite was only 3 days old! I called and they said they would ship a new bulb for the walking lite and a new head. Come to find out it had the wrong bulb in the walk lite and they said they had got a bad batch of headlamps. Sent me a new headlite and I used it very little for 1.5 yrs. The replacement just quit on me now because the wires pulled loose in the head (probably my fault). So I ship it back and just had it returned today. They repaired the wires but never fixed the little grommet that keeps it from pulling back out! I have called and left messages but they won't return my call now!.

As far as I'm concerned their quality control,customer service and their competence to repair what they sell is the worst that I have ever dealt with!

I will never purchase from them again and I don't reccomend their product to anyone if your looking for a dependable lite!

I have said it before and will keep saying it till they prove me otherwise. Blazer ( the Groves and new owner ) has given me as good of service as I could have expected and even better some times.

Well they finally answered the phone today when I called. They are going to send me a new cord for the headlamp so I can just fix it myself. I like this light but I'm just getting very frustrated with having to send it back or wait on parts to be able to hunt! I paid good $ for this lite and I also expect to have quality equiptment for the price that I paid for it!

So they are standing behind it but I still won't be ordering anymore lites from them. I know that things happen to lites while hunting but it just seem to keep happening to me and only with these led heads.
