I can't get my alpha to down load anything. What am I doing wrong? Maybe I should send it to Garmin and let them do it.

I know if you order from okie its all set up and ready to go when you get it
Otherwise update and calibrate seems to be the answere but not the cure

Hey Bruce on my alpha I can see dogs and tracks up to the 250 yards marke but if I zoom out any farther they disappear what do I need to do
