Dog Won't Eat
How long has she gone without food ? Is she drinking water ? Has she been in season recently ?
If she looks that bad to you, you should take her to a vet right away.
She could be showing the early sign of Closed Pyometra. I have now had 4 dogs come down with it, and although they each had some variation in symptoms, the one symptom that they ALL had was refusal of any food. And I tried everything to get them to eat.
Three of them had emergency spay surgery and made it through, though it was several days before they were well enough to even come home from the emergency clinic.
The one female who didn't make it was the one I took in to my local vet; that vet promptly put the dog on antibiotics, but that was not enough. The infection spread so fast that the dog's kidneys failed. Four days after I had her to the local vet, she died. Prior to that, she had been a healthy, vibrant dog - and one of my best.
I will always regret that I did not follow my 'gut' & take her down to the emergency clinic, instead of trying to save a few bucks by going 'local'...
