Went hunting last night. Haven't been out since first week of Dec. Been to cold below zero or close every nught about 10" of snow. So last night it was 18 degrees, warmest night all month so I and another hunting partner decided to try it. There is about 6 to 8" of snow left in the woods. Anyway 5 drops not a bark, no coon tracks anywhere, lots of deer standing around. Talked to 2 other hunters around here that decided to try last night too. They never got a bark either, but they were smarter one party made 3 drops and the other group made 2. If our weather doesn't warm up coon wouldn't moving till the rut starts in Feb. BUMMER
