As I was heading out last night trying to find a radio station to fit my mood at that time. I found myself wondering what others listen to when they head out for a run.
Usually for me it's 70's rock. Aerosmith, Deep purple. Skynard.
Last night I felt like some beer drinking country. But settled for a station that plays 70's-80's dance. abba, Chacka Caan, Bee Gee's. Me and the dogs were a dancing in da truck. LOL
So what say you all?

go to rustylemmon.net and look at his website then check out some of his originals....he does a remake of Stand by Me that is pretty awesome and also Dont let me down by the beatles. the rest are originals...

you can also watch him live this weekend in Key West fla. by webcam...
a place called smoking tuna.....just pull it up and then click tuna cam.
He starts at 9 central and 10 eastern.
sound quality not that great cause its a web cam. but its not bad to sit and watch.
He covers from 60's to current. Let me know what you think of his website and music.
