America voted! Republicans should pay heed

Why dont the republican party acknowledge that they need to change their views. The majority of the voting American public is ready for them to take a back seat.

I don't think that the republican party should change. The bottom line is this, we cannot afford to water down our values just for the sake of winning the that office on Pennsylvania Avenue. In my opinion, we already somewhat did that this last election, and, it did not work. If the people who want someone more liberal whether it be socially liberal or fiscally liberal, vote for a liberal candidate.

The Democratic Party already has the market cornered on those types of candidates. The Republicans should stick to being Conservative. If they move too much, you'll find that conservatives will not support Republicans anymore. The republican party is already going the way of Rinos, (republicans in name only) They had better get their platform straightened out or we will have no chance at CHANGE in 2016.

That's how I see it anyhow.

pastor, you are mistaken. Not only did Romney not win the electoral vote or the popular vote, he lost by a large margin. 51% to 47%. Barack Obama is the first president since FDR to win back to back elections with 51%.
Leave it to a guy from the city to point out just how wrong your statement is.

I agree. R party should not change. As they are they will be extinct shortly. And that is just fine. Stay the course Rs! Stay the course!
More votes were cast for Democrats in the House of Representatives. More votes were cast for Democrats in the Senate. More votes were cast for the Democratic Presidential candidate.
The R party has an uphill battle to regain market share/demographics. The American electorate thinks they are racist, sexist, and anti immigrant. It will be impossible to win national elections without the black vote, women's votes, or hispanic/latino votes.
Stay the course Rs!

You will cry out of the other side of your mouth when Mr. Wonderful get done. He is cooking up something with the gun lobby now that he 's on his last term. And is going after the Constitution with the Surpreme Court Judges. You will be sorry!

lol, the whole complexion of our great country has changed so much in 4 years that republicans can no longer win back the office they controlled for 8 years just one election cycyle ago. come on man, these are just like the knee jerk reactions that we should expect from democrats who base their decisions on emotions rather than facts.

republicans just need the right candidate and do a better job of getting out what conservatism is truely about.

there wasnt a huge difference between obamas total votes an mccains. still a very overcomeable number. all the chicken littles go to church if you are scared.

conservatism is timeless. remember that demorats.

BUT, YOU UNINFORMED PEOPLE MUST THINK YOU'LL GET A %AGE OF THE TAXES. WE'LL BE LUCKY IF WE END UP LIKE GREECE WHEN ITS ALL OVER. YOU JUST WATCH AS OUR "LIBERTIES GO BY THE WAYSIDE". "O"'S SIGNATURE HEALTHCARE IS ALREADY COSTING JOBS IN THE MEDICAL PROFESSION, WHEN IT REALLY TAKES HOLD IN 2014, AND THE 30 MILLION GO ON MEDICARE THE DOCTORS WILL RECIEVE 24% LESS FROM MEDICARE AND COMPANIES ARE CUTTING HOURS OF THEIR EMPLOYEES TO KEEP FROM PAYING THE FINES/TAXES THAT GO ALONG WITH HIS HEALTHCARE. THE DOCTORS WILL LEAVE THE PROFESSION FASTER THAN IT CAN BE COUNTED. YEAH, YOU LIBBIES, JUST LOOK AND KEEP IN MIND WHAT YOU'VE DONE TO THE BEST COUNTRY IN THE WHAT USED TO BE "THE FREE WORLD". WE'LL CHECK BACK FROM TIME TO TIME TO SEE HOW YOU LIKE COMMUNISM/SOCIALISM!! THE WILL TO SUCCEDE HAS BEEN REPLACED WITH WHERE DO I SIGN UP!!!!!

The working men and women are the few that still get up and go to work everyday because we still believe in the American dream! It's the men and women who just want the government to stay the hell out of our personal lives and keep their hands out of our wallets!

Here is the Republican Party.

Rush Limbaugh, Karl Rove, Sarah Palin, Mitch McConnell, Prager, Hannity. I dont and wont vote for these clowns or who they recommend. These are the forerunners, running a race they cant win.

Ditch the clowns, get someone electable. Please!

Truly,
Coonhunter or not you and I would have not one thing in common. I try to stay out of these stupid conversations but I've had it with city liberals running our country. The tax implications us as farmers are going to undertake now are unsustainable. Go ahead and throw out there that we get government subsidies, well we don't, we feed cattle and farm 200 acres and are not signed up for any government programs. Under obamacare for every $100 I make $3.80 go back to the goverment on top of what I already pay. For people with adjusted gross income of over $200,00. Well not only does my livelihood come out of that but so does several others that work for me. In my line of work that 3.80 can be my bottom line. If you don't have health insurance they flat can't refuse you healthcare. You get the bill and make payments until its paid for part of life. Obama has flat turned the EPA loose on us livestock producers.

Truly,
I hope you're a vegetarian, because you don't deserve a steak at night or cornflakes in the morning. Anyone that voted for Obama deserves the same

I don't know when it became the norm to hate rich people, rich people create jobs. I started welding when I was 14, when I was 19 I got into industrial and petroleum construction. I have always made descent money, but guess what....I have never created the first job!! The 2 men I work for, they are very, very wealthy!! They create jobs, they employee almost 200 men and women!! They take all the risk, so they should make a lot of money!! The more money they make, the more jobs they create!! Common sense!! As for unions, I have worked side by side union men and women and we get along just fine. To each there own. Yes unions are the working man, the blue collar men and women that go to work everyday have no control over the union big wigs. As for republicans, I hope they hold fast to our traditions and beliefs!! My wife and I are hard workers, believe in god, love the second amendment, pay taxes, don't whine, and usually make 100k+ a year.... By the new standards we are racist....AND PROUD OF IT!!!!!!
