Finally a good nite.
I've been hitting it hard for the last month and it been some tough hunting here in the mountains of va. Been nites that my old hound never opend. He also done thing that made me want to quite. But we stuck in there, threw rain, snow and the cold. (including my son) To nite made it all worth it. With snow still on the ground in places and it starting to freeze over my old boy struck a old feeder track in a creek bottom and worked it for about and hour. (not moving very far). When he came treed I was telling myself i really hope he didnt give up and start treeing. We started in to him and I let my 7 month old pup go . When we got the tree she's was there on the tree with him and there was the meat. I'ved treed a few coons in the last month but this one was one of the best hunts i have had the pleasure to listen to. I thank some of his bawls were 10 seconds long. I want to thank 'pr' ch turkey creek wallaces luke (bluetick) for the good times with him and my son.
God bless and thanks for reading
