Please help...puppy pooping in her dog house

I have a problem and I would greatly appreciate some advice. I have an 11 week old puppy that will only poop in her dog house. Has anyone ever had this problem and does anyone have any ideas for me? I have her in a kennel with a cement run outside and her dog house is in a building. I feed and water her outside. She spends a lot of time out in the kennel but the only place she will go pee or poop in in her house.

Thanks,
John

The box may be too big for her right now ... Give her just enough room to lay down. Take the poo outside in the kennel and hope she will start pooin near the pile .... GOOD LUCK !!!!!

Yep, probably too big. Clean the house out really well, no 'potty smell'. Try to fix it so she doesn't have so much room. Move her food and water as close to the house as possible, even in it. Putting the 'waste' out on the concrete should help her figure it out, but you need to get all the smell out of the house.
Try lightly spraying her with water and make her seek shelter in the house, the only place to escape the water. If you are able to spend a lot of time with her, try blocking off the entrance to her house after she eats and wait until she relieves herself before you allow access to the house. Putting her house up on a platform might break up her routine enough to help the situation. I know, I'm a crazy old man, but sometimes you have to be creative. And sometimes, nothing works.

DOG HOUSE POOPER

We have one that's 2 yrs old. She still Pees in house if there is hay or chips in it. Won't Poop in it. We used a Very Small Dog Carrier & put in dog house and boarded up the other half so she could only get in the carrier. (With hay) That worked while she was younger. Also put food pan in house when she was younger. Problem with putting food in house now is that shes older if dog food gets in hay we get ants. We May have to re-insert small carrier, this winter, that she can't stand up in again.

Update

I am making progress. I took the regular size dog house out of her kennel and replaced it with a pet carrier. About half the time she is going poo outside, the other half the time she is going inside but not in the dog carrier. I am going to rig something up tomorrow to eliminate all the excess space inside. Thanks again for everyone's help.

John
