I am attempting to fill out the forms for permanent registration on my puppy papers. I raised the litter and kept 2 and am already listed as the owner of the pups. What do I need to fill out? Do I need to sign as though I sold the dog to myself and put myself down as the new owner? Or do I simply fill out the color and the name and send it in?
