Cost of training pen?

What can I expect to pay to inclose 4 arces? Just the post and wire, I know there will be alot of extra work to be put in cutting back trees.
Not looking to train for public, just something to play with. I am working third shift and looking for a way to keep fooling with these hounds.

Y dont u make it just 2 acres with 2 hot wires 1 at the top and1 about 8 inchs from the ground both on outside of fence . To save on money . Cost around 2000 to 3500
