Thank you
Thank you for all of the kind wishes. Thank you Marty for wanting to make me a part of your family. I love you, too!
The thing is, I HAVE to be a part of the bluetick coondog world. This property houses 5 coonhounds and TONS of trophies. I intend on sticking a few trophies of my own next to Marty's...maybe in front of his Seriously though, I appreciate all that Marty has taught and continues to teach me about the coonhounds (and horses and more). From the young dogs to the old one laying on the couch right now, I love and appreciate them all. For the dogs I never truly knew (Mae, Sammy, Sarah, Boy, etc.), it is the stories and pictures that Marty has shared with me for all of these years that propelled me to love the bluedogs. I will also admit when he first told me he had "blue dogs" I thought he meant like the cartoon character from Blues Clues. LOL I dare think I have learned a lot since then (They aren't really crayon blue!). I don't make the best coonhunting buddy during season, because I always have to quietly say something like, "Run away fluffy raccoon!! He has a gun!" He assures me it is what is best for ecology and the raccoon population. LOL
We should probably get married in our hunting clothes, chaps, boots, and with our head lights on THAT would probably make Marty happy!
I just might share Mr. Pickles with Marty <3
