Hey Lovis,
You know Ole Billy Joe once told me I sell the best and keep the rest. IMO this is the best one that I have sold. But, I was smart enough to keep half! Not to mention I think Ray is having to hussle EXTRA hard to get the bill & grocery money. He told me it would be easier to sign over half of his Bright Eyes Light business.
