Guys im having problems with my 6 month old puppy and she is bout to get under my skin. I have been hunting her for the last three weeks with my 3 yr dog and all she wants to do is bite and hump him at the tree. She does tree a little but wants to play more than hunt. Do I need to leave her at the house a for another month or what. My patience is about to run out. She trees on a drag and will fight a coon that is shot out some but not much yet. Thanks for the help.

She's only 6 mnths old! Give her some time to be a pup. Leave her home for another mnth and try again, if she still don't go, do it again. JMO, but I think alot people try to ruch a pup into things and it can cause problems in the long run. Again, JMO.

She wouldn't happen to be havin' her 1st heat cycle would she? I know it's early.Normally they don't have it 'til about a year,but I have,on rare occasions,seen it happen.If not,I'm like JT said--she is still young,so I wouldn't be too concerned.
