breaking questioin?

any body got any advice on breakin off porkypines my pup killed her first one tonight hopefully it dont become a habit

she is gritty though LOL

good luck, had a dog that loved them, got quilled so bad had to take him to the vet for anesthia to get the out. never could break him of it. just tried to hunt wear there wasn't any, i know thats not an option for you unless you drive 4 hrs south.

goes like this a smart dog 1 time a stupid dog 4or5 times a retard never i like my dogs to learn not to screw with them before there allowed to kill a coon makes life easier a swatch to the face usally does the trick but after they get that killer instinct its a lot harder to break and a lot harder to pull when they got a mouth full ! hemostats work best pull a few take a break pull a few more take a break the more it hurts the less likely they are to mess with another one when you use a vet he puts the dog to sleep and the dog learns nothing imo

maybe she will think twice next time ! had a stupid one here last fall pulled quilles 4 times and he had my patience wore thin i said about one more time he'll wish he didn't do that because he'll be dead he must of heard me hasn't bothered one since knock on wood !

set her up. we catch a live one in a live trap set off side the road, road or rig dogs past it .If they open on it we lightem up. We also put shock collar back around their waist more tender gets the point across alittle faster.has worked for me
