85 pounds of Big D genes........
Got a Big D pup to hunt a couple weeks ago. Don't know anything about his bottom side, just that he is off D. Big sucker. The first 3 nights had me thinking he was plumb worthless but I think often these young dog need time to adjust to new surroundings. The last couple nights have seen major improvement. This pup is the direct opposite of all the other Big D pups I have seen as far as how he acts. Most personable pup I have had in awhile, this guy don't want nothing but to be your best friend. He's treeing coons now, staying put and took some major pressure tonite. Nice tree dog, don't move around much, no jacking. Quick to get struck, not alot of mouth on the ground, fantastic locate and nice treedog. Good mouth. He ain't mine but I may end up wishing he was.
