Round 2?

Isnt round 2 where the hound is hunted by self an has to tree a coon? If this is the format how can said dog have less than 225 + points an win the cast! inless it can take minus on a strike? Just curiouse?

It can take minus points and as long as it doesnt reach 400 minus it is not scratched. It has 2 hours to get to the plus side of 0. Of course it is scratched for off game.

A couple of possible scenarios...minused off track or a tree. Like said earlier..as long as they don't get to 400 minus or get caught in off game. I guess anything is possible.

Depends on the minus points before they tree and score 1. Must have plus point score at end. ( Ex. 250- would take 2 coons seen to get on plus side)

Actually, you don't have to tree a coon in the late round, you just need plus points. Struck for100, coon caught, plussed. Hunts over. You go back with plus points and no tree.
