I own both and love the 320. Loved the 220 before I got the 320. The 320 connects faster and keeps a better signal. I only carry the 320 now.

i have both. i like the 320 with the birdseye better. they do eat up the batteries faster then the 220. but they have many more benefits then draw backs over the 220.
go to youtube and check out the comparison videos and videos on the 220 and on the 320. just type in garmin 320 or 220 in the search and start watching differant ones. i have a near new 220 i am gonna sell now cause i like the 320 so much better. one thing is the 220 cartoon map is no comparison to the birds eye real picture map on a 320. insted of just seeing the dog is so many yards that way on a blue screen, i can see if he is in the woods,on the lane ,by the old barn or what ever.

How much does the map packs run and do they at leastshow you a cartoon map of the Woods or Roads that are near by? I have never used one just the God ok tracker classic. I read up allot on em I know that bird eye deal cost extra a year be neat tho

I never owned a 220 but I agree with toe cutter, the Birds Eye Imagry is amazing. It shows me roads, fences and any structures that might be in the area. It saves me a lot of steps in this big ranch country.
Adios,
Gary
