why is that when it says "rush= 5 working days" it still takes about 2-3 weeks to get the papers back. I sent off papers "rush" 6-17-03 and I'm still waiting for them to come back?
This is not a hostile post, just wanted to know the difference on how long would it take if I didn't send it "rush or next day air"?
