tracking collar question

This is probably a question i could call a tracking system manufacturer and get an answer to but I figured someone here would know.

I've got a friend of mine who has a 10 dog wildlife unit and only has three collars. I was going to buy a collar that his unit could track. My question is, several months down the road I plan on buying a new 3 dog wildlife unit and was wondering if you can order a system and specify what frequencies it can track, in order to track that particular collar I will already have.

Thanks

Ty Griffin

I don't see why you could'nt. Its the same as ordering a collar to fit a system. But I may be wrong. Hope this helps you some.
