what bloodlines today, go back to lester nace bred hounds? where can i find this information? I want to breed big game walkers. I know this line of hounds is mighty thinned out by now, where can i find the info to research Nance's hounds. does ukc carry an archives library to follow such hounds, anyone have any info on the huff bigame walkers or a number to contact huff? any help in my research would be a great help to me, and very much appreciated!

Bob Marosok in Sheridan WY has heavy nance bred dogs. I hunt biggame and walkers, personally I have been around a few of marosok dogs and have'nt seen anything out of them that turned my head. Thats a mattter of personal opinion though before someone jumps in and claims them to be the next best thing since sliced bread.

Go to the source. Lestar Nance's own kin folks. I think his name is Trent or Kip Gordon. Look in the Febuary issue of coonhound bloodlines. That is the walker issue and I think that they might have run an ad on the dogs. Also, Beth Snedegar can tell you more than anyone considering that she is Lester Nance's daughter. Her husbands dog won the world hunt last year and they have been running ads on the dog so I know you can get her number from them. Hope that I helped.

Look in the coonhound bloodlines for an ad on Rock River Gap. It would be under Beth and Alan Snedegar. That as has the phone number in it. Or, you might try looking at Sara Jones post on the performance sires. I know that Gap is one of them and the phone number might be lister there.
