I sold a pup to a guy back in Dec, ended up getting the pup back about a month ago. He told me he had sent the paper work into UKC. Then yesterday afternoon when I got home from work I got the paper work from him. BUT he's filled out all the info on them. How do I get them in my name or into a new owners name?

The new owner would need to fill out an Affidavit form and send it in to us along with the registration papers. The Affidavit can be downloaded from our website.
