Proud to say our Congressman Heath Shuler was the main congressman behind the initiation of this Bill. Heath is a Democrate but he is a sportsman also. Even though I am a Republican I am sad he decided to not run for another term. He has really done some good things for Western NC and for the Sportsman.

In Minnesota we have 2 Dems. They are sportsmen and rated A and A+ by the NRA. So MNs. vote was 2 Dems NAY , 2 Dems. YEA, and 4 REPs. YEA. Both the Yea DEMS. are Blue dog Dems.

10 of Georgia's 13 reps voted yea. yep, the 3 nays were from the party of the Grand fruit cake in the white house. Interesting note, the 12th districts rep, Dem. J Barrow voted yea. He's been targeted by the republicans as a target for removal in the newly drawn lines here in GA. He's probably the only dem who can get my vote, and its because he votes in most cases with the opposing party, and from recent years of the democrats in congress, voting against anything they want to do is good!!!
