vacuum sealer works well. not sure how long they keep. we just started using this method, but what i see, and taste, i like.

Vaccum sealer works great, have had some that was froze for a year that were fine. Now some fish freezes better than others.

vacuum sealer is the only way to fly. I use it for every thing I freeze from deer meat to veggies. Seems to last twice as long and also seems to hold flavor in better. JMO

Are you telling me that supermarkets freeze fish? Down here we didn't know they even had fish. We normally catch our own..lol

Flash freeze suppose to be the best way, but we always freeze them in water.

I'm lucky enough to be able to catch some when I'm ready for fish.

Put fish in dry ziplock then put that bag in another filled with water and freeze.

I catch my own too but I had my doubts a certain fella from Camilla, GA, gets many so figured he might "catch" his at the Piggly Wiggly and then freeze them in his own wrapper. Just sayin...
