if you have a litter of pups can you make it so there can be no name change on those pups , even if they never get any titles or have pups of there own later in life. say my gyp has pups i name and register all pups,then i sell them to whom ever, now is there something that i can do when filling out pup papers or preminate registation to makes sure names cant ever be changed. thanks in advance.

This is something that is between you and the buyers. You could maybe have a written contract for them to sign stating that they will not change the dog's name, however our policy is that if a dog has no titles and no offspring, we allow the name to be changed.
