Hi- We have a rat terrier who is nearly 2 years old. We registered him in 2002. We have since moved AND have lost his papers. I'm wondering how to change the address and order registration papers when I don't have his registration number. Any help is appreciated!

Complete our duplciate application with as much information as you have. Believe it or not we can find your dog by it's name and sex, your name city and state, littermate's number, mother or father's number, etc. You can either download the application here at our site or email me and I will send you one. Be sure to name the form in your email as we receive lots of email and I may forget our conversation.
