Superglue for Pads??????

Got a couple young dogs I've decided to try to hunt to death, and one has slipped a pad on a front foot. I've heard you can coat the tender area with superglue to speed the healing process, and was curious if anyone had any experience trying it? Thanks in advance, Cory.

Yep

Have fixed a handful of cut pads with super glue. Works great. Clean it up good, dry it well, pinch it together, apply glue, hold a couple minutes, go hunting. Keep a tube in my truck at all times.

Depending on the dog it might be a 2 man operation. Holder and glue man.

I use EMT on torn pads and other things. It's like super glue but has healing qualities. They make it in a ointment and also in a spray with Blistex that keeps dogs from licking it. If you use it on pads hold the foot up and I blow on it so it drys quicker. If you put the foot down before it drys and they walk around grass and dirt will stick to it. After it drys it seals and works like super glue. I get it at a farm supply store.
