ringworm?

Dont know if this pup has it or not, or if it was the food change.
Looked at him with a black light and it really dosent look greenish?
If it is ringworm what works good? I was told Tinactin or witchHazel.

used motor oil, seen it work on lots of dogs, horses and cattle.
