Tracking collors

Here is my question I have heard you can have them recharged . I got a couple of dead collars now and was wonder what the cost would be to have them recharged. Or if it would just be cheaper to buy new collars. These are Quick Track collars. Thank for the information.

If you have a Coonhound Bloodlines handy look in the back index at advertisers and look up "Collar Clinic". They rebuild tracking collars and if memory serves me correctly they charge $110 to do it. Also most of the manufacturers will redo a collar for you.

Quick Track replaces their battery for 60 dollars plus 6 bucks shipping. I just sent a 4 year old collar in for a new battery and got it back with a new battery and new anttenna at no charge. I figured they screwed up but didn't ask.
