The Browning gold triggered ultralight. Because it is a classic and it can beat yourself silly while you are killing stuff. You shoulda done a pole. cat.

Berreta Extrema 391 with Kickoff you will forget about the others if you shoot one 70% reduced recoil with the kickoff system I use mine for every thing from squirrel to canada geese just buy what shells you are going to use for the game you are hunting and enjoy and they cost the same as beneli and they have a couple different camo patterens do your self a favor and check them out and shoot one be fore making final choice mine will shoot23/4inch shells up to31/2 good luck half the fun is just shoping for that next adventure that comes with anew gun !

Borrowed my brother's Benelli a few years ago for a trap shoot. Went out and bought one the next week. I've never had a gun fit me so well. That being said the Browning might fit you better. As was said before, shoot both and see what suits you. They are both great guns.

I have a Browning Gold, really like it. However Benelli will cycle almost twice as fast. Both good choices.

Benelli SBE II. Cycles faster and is more reliable.

I've got both and both are top of the line shotguns. I've been a Browning fan most of my life , but I'd give a slight edge to Benelli as the best all around shotgun. The thing is maintainance free and will just shoot anything you stick in the piehole and do it 10,000 times trouble free.

You really can't go wrong with either gun though.

Benelli

Benelli

no comparison!!!! anyone that would say Browning has never shot a Benelli!!!! I have owned several of both and nothing wonrg with either. The browning is a good gun and one of the best but not in the same ballgame as the Beneilli.

I've shot both the Browning Gold and the Benelli SBE II. Neither one stood out as being far superior to the other.

I waterfowl hunt with guys that own both pretty regularly. Again, not any real difference. Both are great guns.

Most of the guys that I waterfowl hunt with do have the Benelli' though.

I got a Benelli M-2 because I didn't want to fool with a gas system and all the cleaning. A Browning handles better to me personally.

I have a original Super Black Eagle and my opinion everything after that gun just isn't the same. Since the introduction of the inertia driven Benelli some 20 years ago, many of the current guns have that option and at a cheaper price tag.. .. I don't know how many you have shot but I would stay with a 26" barrel, they are easier to swing in a tight place... If you want a Benelli look for a original H&K model. Even if its wore some, you can order new springs & buffers, even have it re dipped in a camo color you like and still come out cheaper then a new one..

Berreta Extrem.........it will change ur life. Got one last year and you can shoot it all day long on a dove field. Kickoff is an amazing feature to an already great gun. shot them all before i settled and this is the gun to have hands down.

I used my Benelli auto in sub-zero temp for hare and bobcat hunting. I was still able to shoot when everyone else's Remington and Browning autos were not working right due to the cold. I sold mine and have kicked myself ever since... planning on getting another one.

Save yourself alot of money.I used to trap shoot at a local Issac Walton against guys shooting couple thousand dollar guns from various manufacturers.I shot a 175 dollar Mossburg Model 500 and outshot many of these guys. The guns only as good as the 1 squeezing the trigger.

Benelli!!. Its the AK-47 of shotguns. It just keeps functioning, even with the worst of treatment. I have a Belgium made auto 5 that is still a very good shotgun, but for all around shooting performance, the SBEII is hands down the best i have shot/owned.
