Holy farmer! Just had to give my blue dog the heimlich. Crazy fool. He always scarfs his food like he hasn't eat in several weeks. He usually chokes on the first several bites, but gets over it himself.
Not today. Darn fool got choked and couldn't breath. Glad I was still in his kennel when it happened. I bet about a cup of food came out when I started doin the heimlich on him. Crazy!

Good thing you were still their I got one same way ill stand their a rub on him a little while he eats seems to keep him from eating to fast.

have you tried those brake-fast bowls? they have the knobs in the bottom supposed to prevent that.
