The First Annual Buddy Hunt at the Western Howard Conservation Club of PERU, INDIANA would like to invite you and your friends to our club on November 25th 2011.

Entry Fee: $20

Largest Coon Contest will win a prize of $100
Most Coons Contest will win a prize of $100

WE ARE ASKING FOR ALL COONS TO BE DONATED TO THE CLUB.

We will be serving a good meal (donations accepted)

We will be raffling off several prizes.

WE NEED YOUR HELP!!!!!
Please do your best to attend this event. We have a beautiful club house, but we are desperate to keep this club going. Please come and enjoy the friendship with your fellow hunters.

We will be eating around 6:00PM
Going Hunting around 8:00PM

Located at WHCCC club house at:
886 Eel River Cemetery Rd
Peru, IN

Directions:
Take U.S. 31 to U.S. 24 East. Once on 24 immediately get in the left hand lane and turn left on to Eel River Cemetery Rd. If coming from the east on 24, Eel River Cemetery Rd. is north right before the 31 exit. The building is on the left approximately 400 yards.

We are going to have a silent auction! Everyone is invited to bring something for the auction. Doesn't have to be hunt related. This will be a chance to buy something for a great price and for a good organization!

Twas a good time. There were some nice items donated for the auction and the food was great.
Im thinking 15 buddy teams signed up. My team consisted of myself, my daughter Alanna who is 20 and my daughter Madison who is 6.
We turned Janice loose 5 times and treed 4 coon and a den.
I believe Bob Cobles team bested the field with 19 skins and JR Jones brought in the biggest one.
It was a tossup on who was tellin the biggest whoppers. Im sure I came in last place in that department.

We sure appreciate everyone that came! It was a great turn out! As Elvis said, the food was good, the auction items were nice and the participation was fantastic! We are going to make this an annual event and it will only get better. I wish I could have been there for the teams coming in but I had to work today. Our teams tally when I left was 7 coon. Thanks so much for your support!

Had a great time, and the food was delicious! Had a good partner and some really good dog action. Couldn't have asked for a better hunt! Now i did hear that elvis was in the running for telling the biggest whopper! Heard he knocked out a 25 pounder and when he went up to get it, it got up and ran under a trailer! Likely story Elvis! haha
