big name walker dogs

in most every pedigree you will see. rat attack, hickory nut harry , lipper, and sackett jr. i havent been in this sport long enough to know so i was just wondering around what time frame were these dogs alive and hunting and throwing pups?

i have a few grade dogs with no BIG name dogs in them and they are all coon dog , if your new rememebr papers dont tree coon ,coon dogs do

yeah i understand that. i had an all grand dog scared of the freakin dark. all i asked was a question because im curious and cant seem to find the answer anywhere ]

rat, lipper, and sackett were 80's dogs early and mid. I'm thinking harry is a little older. History Nutt and Christy would be good ones to get a accurate answer from.

LIPPER DIED 12/26/1995 THEY DO HAVE SEMEN ON HIM
SACKETT JR DIED 2/1997 I THINK? THERE IS NO SEMEN ON HIM

Which Harry are you talking about? the original was also Ball's. He was the best by far as far as throwng coondogs go. The later Stylish one even Mr. Ball recomended Gold over him.

I was talking about stylish harry but I was just looking for info on all these older dogs since I can't seem to find it anywhere and it makes me curious. I also forgot about nailor in the list I mentioned early

You might try Don Nicely site as he has alot of info on there on a bunch. It is www.finleyriverchief.com if you sign in you can find alot of info on the forum sections about all the old lines up to the newer crop.
