Todd Or Tank?

Lets say the judge puts the 5 on a dog and the handler dose'nt tree the dog. When the judge is on his way to the tree after the 5 is up, what if another dog comes on the tree? Can the handler tree his dog? I'm talking about a dog that you know was'nt on the tree when the 5 was running. How should we handle this?

No dog has been declared treed.

The judge is simply running a clock and going to check the tree. If at anytime prior to arriving at the tree ANY handler wants to tree their dog, they can and new five minutes will be started.
