? about puppy health

Just wonder if anybody has ever had trouble with this or heard of it before. I have a puppy that is 13 wks old and she started getting pot bellied about three weekls ago. I wormed her with strongid but her belly seemed to keep getting bigger. I took her to the vet a week ago and he said it might be whipworms so he rewormed her with different medicine and she did pass worms that night and the next day. He also said it could be her heart or her liver but said her heart sounded good and he couldn't hear any murmors. He did bloodwork and it came back that her liver enzymes is up but he is waiting on a call from the doc at the lab for a consult and haven't heard anything yet. In the past week her belly has gotten even bigger. She still plays and eats and acts fine but I still don't know what is wrong with. Any help would be appreciated.
