at sign of first blood

When is best time to breed after you have seen blood spots on kennel floor.

I plan on breeding to a dog that is about 2 hrs from me and I am not going to be able to leave her over night. Please advise

4 me...

10 days from 1st sign of blood. Never missed one until I bred to a 13 year old dog. Pretty sure it was him.
I have made around 15 crosses.

I would try her on day 11 or 12. if he breeds her and you can, skip a day and take her back and breed again. should catch with no problem.

I agree 10th day. I drove from MI almost to PA then back to IN to breed a dog. I think I was on the road for 14 hours and back home but she took.
