.

Hunted last night and it was 85 when we cut them loose with 100% humidity. Actually it is almost that hot all the time during the summer down here. Maybe around 80-82 is closer to normal. Anyways, hunted with a young man that had a bluetick that was really impressive in this weather. Struck two coon, trailed and treed two coon and made it look easy. One went out of a pond to a sand hill they just planted pine trees on and I just knew he would loose the coon out there in this heat. That rascal never missed a beat and treed that coon in style. I was very impressed with how he operated in the heat.

This was suppose to be a reply to HOT WEATHER but I guess the Blue Dog wore me out and I am still tired this morning and started a thread instead of replying to one. lol

I have always been impressed with coondogs. Just most of the ones I have seen have been colored like Walkers. lol

I acutally have a little blue female here 3 months old I picked up in TN at a hunt about a month ago.
